George Manchester 

George Manchester was a painter of landscapes and coastal scenes in oil. He studied at Beckenham School of Art 1946-50 and then at the Royal College of Art in London 1950-53 under John Minton and Ruskin Spear. Manchester exhibited at the Royal Academy, Leicester Galleries, Beaux Art Gallery, and had a one man show at the Redfern Gallery, London. He painted widely along the English coast, and in France, Spain and Italy. (Source Panterandhall.com)
